Our Worldwide Brotherhood!

Friends visiting from OHIO
We finally understand what that truly means. Where ever you go, you can be confident that you have a family that really loves you. The friends have helped us in so many ways from getting us a house to stay in to making sure we have pillows to sleep on at night. We absolutely have experienced the love that Jesus said would identify his disciples. Blessings from Jehovah continues to strengthen our faith and reaffirm our resolution!

FOOD AND MORE!

The very first thing we noticed in Belize was the food...of course.  In Belize City, I consumed the best plate of fried rice.  It was simply amazing.  The local Sisters are teaching us how to use veggies and spices that are new to us.  I truly enjoy using chlorancho in many of my dishes.  This is an intensified version of cilantro.  Amazing indeed.  Enjoy the food pics below.  We miss all of you dearly and will see you sometime during the Spring.

One of the best restaurants in Belize City.

Tipico Salvadoreno meal.
Making Casava Pudding, the old fashioned way.

Cow foot soup. Dare to try?

No need for hands!!! Good Ol' BBQ.

Black chicken soup w/ boiled eggs. So tasty!!

Coconut water. Who needs a cup!

Homemade Casava Hashbrowns. Better than Waffle House.
